1. Overview
This Privacy Policy explains how x2x RMH for QuickBooks processes information in connection with integrating RMH and QuickBooks Online.
2. Information Processed
The Software may process:
- Customer and vendor records
- Sales, purchase, inventory, COGS, and general ledger data
- Accounting and transaction metadata
- Email addresses used for system notifications
- Technical logs and diagnostics
The Software does not process or store payment card data or banking credentials.
3. Purpose of Processing
Information is processed solely to:
- Transfer and synchronize RMH and QuickBooks data
- Generate logs, audit trails, and system notifications
- Operate, support, and maintain the Software
x2x does not sell or monetize customer data.
4. Data Storage
Your accounting data remains within:
- Your RMH database
- Your QuickBooks Online company file
- Your infrastructure or cloud environment
x2x does not host accounting data unless explicitly contracted.
5. Security
x2x implements reasonable safeguards, including:
- Encrypted API tokens
- Secure authentication methods
- Application-level access controls
You are responsible for securing:
- Your QuickBooks account
- Your RMH environment
- Your servers and endpoints
6. Third Parties
Data is shared only with:
- Intuit (QuickBooks Online APIs)
- RMH / RMH Central services
No advertising, tracking, or analytics services are used.
7. Data Retention
x2x retains only:
- Technical logs
- Diagnostic data
- License and subscription records
Accounting data is not retained long-term by x2x.
8. Your Rights
You may:
- Revoke API access
- Request deletion of license records
- Uninstall the Software
Your accounting data remains under your control within RMH and QuickBooks.

1. Service Description
x2x RMH for QuickBooks is a bi-directional integration between:
- Retail Management Hero (RMH / RMH Central)
- QuickBooks Online
The Software automates synchronization of customers, vendors, inventory data, and general ledger postings.
2. Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining valid RMH and QuickBooks subscriptions
- Configuring API credentials and account mapping
- Monitoring failed or pending transactions
- Verifying financial accuracy after posting
The Software is not a “plug-and-forget” accounting system.
3. Support and Updates
Support includes:
- Software defect resolution
- API connectivity issues
- Configuration assistance
Support does not include:
- Accounting advice or corrections
- QuickBooks subscription issues
- RMH licensing issues
- Data entry or operational errors
4. Payments and Licensing
Use of the Software requires:
- An active x2x subscription
- A valid license
- No outstanding balances
Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination.
5. Data Flow and Security
The Software transfers data using encrypted APIs between RMH and QuickBooks Online.
x2x does not store QuickBooks credentials.
6. Acceptable Use
You may not:
- Use the Software for fraudulent or unlawful purposes
- Manipulate financial records improperly
- Circumvent accounting controls
- Use the Software outside its intended scope
7. Termination
Either party may terminate with written notice.
Upon termination:
- Your right to use the Software ends
- API access is disabled
- Scheduled jobs stop
