In this playlist, we'll walk you through the process of integrating your Microsoft Dynamics GP system with your Shopify store. We'll cover everything from setting up the integration to mapping your data fields. Order Entry Process

Once the order is downloaded from Shopify to GP, the downloaded ta attached with the order, select Batch ID for Downloading Sales Order, use a predefined GP order template to create web orders in GP, ensure web order numbers are controlled by GP, download order in GP with tax, shipping, and payment information.

Product Catalog

Upload collections on Shopify using upload item categories in GP, create unlimited categories and sub-categories, easily add, edit, and delete categories, and import/export from Excel to update categories.

Item Upload

Conveniently upload the items to Shopify, update prices and inventory, create Parent items and linked with child items, assign same item to multiple Shopify stores, update item inventory to multiple Shopify stores, and update item prices to multiple Shopify stores.

Order Modification

Ensure that orders modified in Shopify will change the order in GP, orders modified in GP will change the order on Shopify, pre-authorization obtained with original order is cancelled when the order is modified, and new pre-authorization is obtained for the revised amount when the order is modified.

Ensure that orders shipped in GP will update the shipment status of order on Shopify, and tracking number entered in GP is updated on Shopify.

Mark a GP customer as webstore to upload the customer to Shopify, cross reference Shopify ID with customer origin, allow Multiple customer addresses, update customer credit limit and outstanding balance to Shopify, and automatically map GP Customer to Shopify Customer Group.

Invoicing Process

Ensure that orders converted to invoice in GP creates a fulfillment on Shopify, customer is charged and the pre-auth is released when the order is converted to invoice.

B2C Customer Integration

Option to create Shopify B2C customers in GP, auto assign customer ID, define no. series for the Customer creation.
