This automation helps avoid Human Errors in Data Entry, preventing potential time and financial loss.

CUSTOMER MANAGEMENT

  • Selected Dynamics GP Customers are created in RMH including the customer information and the credit limits.

  • New Customers created in RMH at the Point of Sale can also be created in Dynamics GP if required.

  • Changes in the Customer Name, Address, or Credit Limits in GP are updated to RMH.

PRICE MANAGEMENT

  • Map Dynamics GP prices with RMH Price, Price A, Price B, Price C, and MSRP.

  • Any changes in prices in Dynamics GP are updated in RMH.

  • Work with both the Standard and Extended Pricing modules of Dynamics GP.

ITEM MANAGEMENT

  • Item management module creates Microsoft Dynamics GP items in RMH.

  • Item created from Dynamics GP to RMH includes item number, description, cost, and UOM.

  • Any changes in the item information in Dynamics GP are automatically updated in RMH.

SALES MANAGEMENT

  • All Walk-in sales at a store in a batch are posted as a consolidated invoice in Dynamics GP.

  • All the sales returns are posted individually in Microsoft Dynamics GP.

  • All the Sales to AR customers are posted individually to Microsoft Dynamics GP

  • All the sales to the Named Customers can be posted individually or as a consolidated invoice.

  • All the payments received from the AR customers are posted in Microsoft Dynamics GP.

PURCHASE MANAGEMENT

  • The Purchase Management system allows for the creation of the receipt of the inventory purchased from the vendor/suppliers.

  • Inventory can be received in Microsoft Dynamics GP as Shipment or as Shipment with Invoice.

  • Purchase integration ensures that the inventory is updated on both sides.

VENDOR MANAGEMENT

  • Integrate the Microsoft Dynamics GP Vendors to RMH.

  • Option to filter the GP Vendors to be integrated with RMH.

  • Vendor integration is critical to ensure that the GP Vendors are available at the time of creating and receiving transactions in GP.
